STAR Mayan Limited Acquires Grosvenor Contracts (London) Limited

STAR Mayan Limited, the sole shareholder of SynergyLMS, has acquired 100% of the share capital of Grosvenor Contracts (London) Limited ("Grosvenor") for an undisclosed amount. Grosvenor operates a healthcare standard laundry facility in Bermondsey London servicing NHS Trusts, private hospitals, private clinics, research centres and universities. The company also supplies a range of other services to its customer base including the supply of disposable curtains (mainly to the healthcare sector), and the supply, installation, cleaning and maintenance of blinds, curtains, and window film.

This is SynergyLMS’ first acquisition since the company became independent from Steris plc, and broadens the group’s products and services offering in the healthcare sector.
